PRE-REGISTERED NURSES: If you did not return your course evaluation, please do so NO LATER THAN MARCH 22, 2010. Please email dementiacme@georgetown.edu for information about how to submit your evaluation, or to request a new one.

PRE-REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKERS: Please make sure that you returned the CEU Request Form as well as a $10 check made payable to NASW. Please email dementiacme@georgetown.edu for information about how to send this in (do NOT send it directly to NASW. CEU Requests and checks must be accompanied by the event sign-in sheet).

 

Accreditation Statement: The Georgetown University Hospital is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Designation Statement: The Georgetown University Hospital designates this educational activity for a maximum of 7.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) ™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent to their participation in the activity.
Continuing Nursing Education: This activity has approved for 7.58 contact hours by the Maryland Nurses Association. The Maryland Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nurse education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Continuing Education Units: This activity has been approved for 8 hours of continuing education credits for social workers by the National Association of Social Workers – DC Metro Chapter. At departure, participants must hand in the evaluation form, the NASW CEU Request form, and a check for $10 dollars (made out to NASW).

PARKING UPDATE:

We have arranged for reduced parking fees for all conference attendees. Parking will be available in the Leavey Center Parking Garage for $6.  The Leavey Center Parking Garage is accessible from Entrance 1 on Reservoir Road.
